Welcome to Mindful Monday Moment, an 8-week journey co-created by the Universal Coaching Alliance (UCA) and Innovative Coaching Strategies (ICS)

This series is facilitated by Robert D.Kehoe, our UCA Membership Empowerment Advocate

It is designed especially for coaches, supervisors, and professionals who dedicate their energy to supporting others—and now deserve a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

Each Monday, we’ll share a short, practical reflection paired with deeper resources on neuroscience, mindfulness, and intentional breathing. Together, these practices not only enhance your personal well-being but also strengthen your professional presence, intuition, and resilience.
