Eva is a highly qualified and experienced coach, supervisor, and facilitator, bringing together 19 years of coaching practice, 15+ years as an NLP practitioner, and over three decades of senior leadership experience across the not-for-profit, voluntary, and public sectors. Her career spans children’s charities, social care, health, education, carers’ organisations, housing and homelessness, criminal justice, and substance misuse services—giving her a rich, systemic understanding of the environments coaches are navigating.

She holds an ILM Level 7 coaching qualification, is a qualified coach supervisor, a registered social worker, and a trained psychodynamic counsellor. Eva has extensive experience facilitating supervision groups, co-coaching forums, and supporting both new and experienced coaches.

Eva’s approach centres on authenticity, creativity, and reflective practice. She creates a psychologically safe space where coaches can explore challenges, build confidence, and develop the impact they want to have—particularly within the complex and mission-driven not-for-profit sector.
