ANUCA - ADHD and Neurodiversity Universal Coaching Alliance

ANUCA is a specialist professional community for coaches working with — or living with — ADHD and neurodiversity.

As awareness grows, many coaches find themselves supporting neurodivergent clients without sufficient training, supervision, or practical guidance. At the same time, many coaches are neurodivergent themselves, navigating professional expectations within systems not designed with them in mind.

ANUCA exists to bridge this gap.

We provide an evidence-informed, ethical, and psychologically safe space grounded in lived experience and professional coaching standards. Our aim is to support confident, inclusive coaching that recognises neurodiversity as difference — not deficit.

ANUCA is a place to learn, reflect, practise, and belong.
