Support for coaches working with or living with ADHD and Neurodiversity

ANUCA was created to provide informed, ethical, and compassionate support for coaches who work with — or live with — ADHD and neurodiversity.

As awareness grows, many coaches find themselves supporting neurodivergent clients without sufficient training, supervision, or practical guidance. At the same time, many coaches are neurodivergent themselves, navigating professional expectations within systems not designed with them in mind.

ANUCA exists to bridge this gap.

We offer a credible, psychologically safe space grounded in evidence-informed practice, lived experience, and ethical coaching standards. Our aim is to support confident, inclusive coaching that recognises neurodiversity as difference — not deficit.

ANUCA is a place to learn, reflect, practise, and belong.
