Jeremy brings over 25 years of coaching and training experience, following an earlier career as a senior finance professional and management consultant. A qualified accountant and corporate treasurer, he held leadership roles with Unigate plc, Ernst & Young, and YO! Sushi before founding The Lazarus Consultancy in 1999.

His coaching and supervision practice blends business rigour with psychological insight, underpinned by his Master’s degree in Coaching and NLP. Jeremy is a Certified NLP Master Trainer, ILM Approved Coach Trainer, and AC Coach Assessor. His consultancy was the first in the world approved to deliver all four levels of the Association for Coaching’s Accredited Coach Training Programme.

Jeremy offers coach supervision for individuals and groups, especially those integrating NLP and coaching psychology. His clients include blue-chip organisations, NHS Trusts, elite athletes, SMEs, and charities. He has delivered in-house programmes, lectured at UK universities, and authored four best-selling coaching and NLP books.

Based in London, Jeremy continues to contribute to the profession through training, assessment, and supervision. He is passionate about ethical, evidence-informed practice and enjoys supporting coaches to develop confidence, clarity, and impact.

A former semi-professional footballer, Jeremy is also a keen tennis and padel player.
