Colin brings 35 years’ experience developing coaches, senior leaders and entrpreneurs across four continents. He has been commissioned by seven FTSE 100/Fortune 500’s, a major political party, as well as SMEs and many national and local non-profits and charities. Executive roles include Interim CEO, Senior National Manager, plus national main board NED.

Twice a Commonwealth medallist and an international sports coach educator, he has a deep knowledge in elite sports performance development.

Working with diverse groups and individuals, Colin specialises in complex multi-stakeholder environments and critical projects. He creates reflective, collaborative spaces for ethical and transformative practice with a balance of felt experience, critical thinking and evidence-informed practice. Clients integrate, synthesise and synergise their thoughts, feelings and plans across intrapersonal, interpersonal, managerial, organisational and systemic work and relationships, to discover effective simplicity, greater agency and new strategies.

He has over 500 hours of live TV studio experience as an analyst and commentator and is a film acting coach on productions to BAFTA level.
