Join Us: Group Coaching Training (GCT)
Group coaching is one of the most powerful – and commercially scalable – ways to extend your coaching impact. Yet many coaches hesitate.
- How do you structure it?
- How do you manage group dynamics?
- How do you ensure safety, engagement and real outcomes?
- And how do you position it so clients actually say yes?
The Group Coaching Training (GCT) is an immersive, practice-led programme designed to take you from idea to launch-ready delivery.
Across six live sessions – plus a dedicated 1:1 programme refinement session – you will move step by step from understanding the strategic case for group coaching to designing, presenting, refining, and delivering your own group coaching programme in real time.
This is not theory-heavy learning. This is practical, applied, confidence-building training.
You won’t just learn about group coaching. You will build and deliver your own programme – with structured feedback.
