Renewal fees are due annually – you will be sent reminders by email 30 days and 5 days before your expiry date and 10 days after, so please ensure we have the correct email address for you and look out for the emails.
Full payment details will be included in the reminders and please note that if we have not received payment a further 3 days after the final reminder, your membership account will be automatically suspended and you will no longer be able to log in.
If you want to renew but have not seen our reminder email/s you can log in to your account at any time, click on the Renew, Upgrade or Update button, select your method of payment and follow the instructions.
Should you wish to upgrade your membership at renewal time you can simply select the higher option when you log in to pay, and we will be in touch afterwards to confirm eligibility details.
NB if you have a UCA individual or course accreditation, which does not itself need renewing, you must renew your membership for this to stay active.
