Sylvia brings a lifetime of leadership, compassion, and clinical excellence from a distinguished career as a Consultant Physician in Haematology and Transfusion Medicine, working across NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) and Oxford University Hospitals. A senior lecturer at the University of Oxford, she combines academic rigour with a deep belief in human potential, now dedicated to coaching, mentoring and supervision.
