As Members, your Coaches will gain Professional Membership to the UCA (subject to meeting the criteria) and the opportunity to become Accredited.

Coaching Provider Members can offer their participants a complimentary one-year Introductory Associate Membership to the UCA as they engage in their coaching programmes and courses.

Coaching qualification from a reputable coaching organisation.
Suitable professional reference relating to your coaching.
Signed declaration that as a Professional Member of the Universal Coaching Alliance, I
1. Adhere to the UCA Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics.
2. Agree to undertake a minimum of 20 hours of Continuing Coach Development (CCD) or the requisite level of CCD for my level of UCA Accreditation, which is available as part of my membership fee.
3. Agree to be in a minimum of 12 hours of regular contracted and consistent supervision with a suitably qualified/experienced supervisor during my membership year and be able to provide evidence at the point of renewal.
