Low-pressure connection. Real support. Come as you are.

Our informal events are designed to support ADHD and neurodivergent professionals in ways that actually work — flexible, practical, and human.

These sessions are optional, informal, and judgement-free. No prep. No pressure to perform. You choose how you show up.

What’s on offer:

  • Coffee Mornings – relaxed conversation, shared experiences, and gentle connection with people who get it.

  • Body Doubling Sessions – quiet, focused time alongside others to help you start, stay on task, and finish what matters.

  • Coaching Clinics – practical support, real questions, and quick coaching to unblock challenges and move forward.

You can talk, listen, work silently, or simply be present. Cameras on or off. Active or observing.

These events exist to reduce overwhelm, increase momentum, and remind you that you’re not doing this alone.

Support without the small talk pressure. Structure without rigidity. Community without overwhelm.

Coffee Mornings

All ANUCA Members are welcome to these monthly Drop-In Sessions at the Universal Coaching Alliance.

Join Us:

Join the ANUCA Coffee Morning – a relaxed, welcoming space created especially for ADHD and Neurodiversity coaches.

Hosted monthly on the third Thursday of each month at 11:00 -12:00 noon by Esther Barrett and colleagues, these drop-in sessions are intentionally informal: no agenda, no slides, just real conversation and connection.

Come as you are, contribute as much or as little as you like, and be part of a growing community of ADHD and Neurodiversity coaches.

Body Doubling

All ANUCA Members are welcome to these monthly Drop-In Sessions at the Universal Coaching Alliance. Join Us:

Join the ANUCA Body Doubling Session – a supportive, low-pressure space for coaches to finally tackle that task you keep moving down the to-do list.

Hosted on the second Thursday of each month at 11:00 – 12:noon by Esther Barrett and colleagues, these drop-in sessions offer gentle accountability, structure, and a friendly community feel

By attending this session, you will:

✅ Make focused progress on a specific task you’ve been avoiding or postponing.

✅ Work in a calm, supportive environment where structure and accountability help you stay on track.

✅ Connect with fellow ANUCA members, building relationships and reducing the isolation of solo working.

Leave with a sense of completion and momentum, ready to carry that progress into the rest of your week.

Coaching Clinic

ANUCA Coaching Clinics are designed specifically for new and early-stage coaches who want a safe, supportive place to ask questions, practise, and build confidence — without the pressure of being assessed or judged.

Hosted on the second Monday of each month, 12:00–1:00 pm, by Esther Barrett and colleagues, these clinics create a welcoming learning environment where new coaches can:

  • Ask the questions they’re “not sure they should ask”

  • Test ideas and approaches in a low-risk setting

  • Practise real coaching conversations at their own pace

  • Receive constructive, encouraging feedback

  • Learn alongside peers who are navigating the same early coaching challenges

Whether you’re newly qualified, just starting to work with clients, or finding your feet after training, the clinics are a safe space to learn out loud, make sense of theory in practice, and grow your confidence as a coach.

Each clinic offers a gentle, structured blend of:

  • Live coaching demonstrations

  • Guided practice and observation

  • Open, reflective discussion

  • Practical insights you can use immediately with clients

Think of ANUCA Coaching Clinics as your supported practice space – somewhere to build skills, confidence, and professional identity, while knowing you’re not doing this alone.
