Round Table Discussions

All ANUCA Members are welcome to attend  these Round Table discussions which are expert-led, professionally facilitated discussions designed to help coaches stay current, confident, and connected in the fast-evolving field of ADHD and Neurodivergent coaching.

Each session explores a timely theme drawn from emerging research, practice-based evidence, and the real challenges coaches are facing with clients right now. These are not lectures or tick-box CPD — they are thoughtful, practical conversations that bridge theory and day-to-day coaching practice.

Sessions typically include:

  • Insight from experienced ADHD and neurodivergent coaching practitioners

  • Discussion of current research and how it translates into coaching practice

  • Ethical considerations, boundaries, and scope of practice

  • Space for reflection, questions, and shared learning with peers

Topics can be suggested in the ANUCA Forum.

These sessions are ideal for coaches who:

  • Want to keep their knowledge up to date without information overload

  • Value reflective practice

  • Appreciate professional dialogue rather than prescriptive answers

  • Are committed to ethical, evidence-informed coaching

By attending regularly, coaches build professional depth, discernment, and confidence, while staying actively engaged with a community that is shaping the future of ADHD and neurodivergent coaching.

The ADHD Coaching Conference 2026 is a landmark, in-person event bringing together coaches, supervisors, trainers, and thought leaders committed to raising standards and shaping the future of ADHD coaching.

As understanding of ADHD continues to evolve, so too must coaching practice. This conference creates a dedicated space to explore what good, ethical, evidence-informed ADHD coaching really looks like — beyond trends, assumptions, or quick-fix approaches.

Across the day, you can expect:

  • Expert-led sessions grounded in current research and lived experience

  • Practical insights you can apply directly in coaching conversations

  • Thoughtful exploration of ethics, boundaries, and scope of practice

  • Opportunities for reflection, dialogue, and professional connection

The conference is designed not just to inform, but to challenge and refine practice. Sessions will address the complexity of working with ADHD across life stages and contexts, including identity, co-occurring challenges, workplace coaching, and systemic considerations.

Above all, the ADHD Coaching Conference 2026 is about community and collaboration — creating space for coaches to learn from one another, share best practice, and contribute to a profession that is still emerging and maturing.

Whether you are new to ADHD coaching or deeply experienced, this conference offers a rare opportunity to step back, think critically, and reconnect with why high-quality coaching in this space matters.
