A Message From Jeannette - Founder and CEO of the UCA
Welcome to the forefront of a coaching movement! The Universal Coaching Alliance (UCA) is a beacon of transformation and empowerment in the ever-evolving coaching landscape.
In an industry often characterised by a lack of regulation, we recognise the crucial need for a rigorous approach to coaching. Being in regular contracted and consistent supervision with a suitably qualified/experienced supervisor is vital for all practising Coaches. We work to ensure that supervision is accessible for our members.
Join us in this movement, where becoming an Accredited Coach with the UCA is not merely a certification but a commitment to a shared vision of a world where coaching is a catalyst for positive change. We forge alliances to support coaches to build their coaching experience whilst under supervision to achieve accreditation more quickly.
